Shipping

Free shipping across the continental USA.

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 4 days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment Process
Upon receiving your order we will vary the stock level of your item and proceed with processing your card within 7 days from the date of your order. Once tracking numbers are available, we will issue those to you through email to the email you provided at the time of your purchase. If for some reason you do not receive the tracking information from our team within 8 business days of your order, do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@thrillseekergear.com.

Damages
Upon delivery please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery, or simply refuse delivery altogether and it will be sent back to our supplier. If there is any concealed damage, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damage to info@thrillseekergear.com. We will get in touch with the manufacturers on your behalf to process any claims.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 2 days of receipt of goods - all returns will be charged shipping both ways as well as any damage to the product and a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

Provided that the scooter is unpacked within 1 month from the date of Delivery, Afikim Electric Vehicles hereby warrants, guarantees, and undertakes the responsibility to replace the free-of-charge defective part items material, according to the policy hereby mentioned.

TWO-YEAR FULL WARRANTY – INCLUDED LABOR

For two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, Afikim Electric Vehicles will replace free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of Afikim Electric Vehicle to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

• Main Frame
• Seat Post
• Tiller Frame
• Bearings, Bushings
• Harnesses
• Power units
• Controllers
• Chargers
• Electronic items – front board, display board, front light, rear lights, blinkers, USB charger, etc.
• Off-shelf items – switches, key switches, brakes, fuses, gas pistons, Shock absorbers, potentiometer, speed sensors, fork, etc.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The warranty shall not apply to serial-numbered products if the serial number has been removed or defaced. Products subjected to negligence, accident, improper operation, maintenance, or storage. Products modified without Afikim Electric Vehicles express written consent including, but not limited to, modification using unauthorized parts or attachments. Products damaged because of repairs made to any component without the specific consent of Afikim Electric Vehicles. This warranty does not extend to those items that may require replacement due to normal wear and tear:

• ABS Plastic shrouds
• Motor brushes
• Brake Pads
• Tires and tubes
• Bulbs
• Batteries *Note: Gradual deterioration in performance because the battery has been left in a discharged state, left in cold conditions for an extended period, or worn out through heavy use is not covered.
• Circumstances beyond the control of Manufacturer

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

The term 'replace free of charge' refers to the following Scope that will be performed and borne in full by Afikim Electric Vehicles: Shipping, and other charges incurred for the delivery of the part to the customer premises. Note: Afikim Electric Vehicles reserves the right to request proof of purchase upon making a warranty claim.
