Warranty
The warranty period for Aqua Marina products is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage/defects within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts under the warranty.
After the warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The items which we sell are new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply:
- Non-quality related issues;
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers;
- Purchases without valid proof of purchase;
- Items that have been refunded;
- Items that have expired their warranty period;
- Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
- Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;
- Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;
- Lost or stolen products;
- Free products.
How to apply for a warranty
Step 1: Take a picture/short video of the issue.
Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos of the issue, order number, and platform of purchase to info@thrillseekergear.com.
Step 3: We'll diagnose your problem and if it's clear what's wrong, we'll provide a solution.
Step 4: When comes to issues that can’t be diagnosed in the first place, we will send you the troubleshooting files, it will need you to detect them according to our detection method and provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures, and we will give a solution after receiving the detection videos or pictures.
Step 5: We will verify your order information and delivery address, and reissue the corresponding accessories to you.
Shipping
Stocked items will ship within 2-4 business days from the time of order.
You must inspect your entire shipment before the driver leaves. Please remove the items from the packaging and carefully inspect them. You must also send us an email with all necessary information (photos, order number, product name, brief description of the damage) to info@thrillseekergear.com within 48 hours of shipment delivery.
If there is damage, save all of the packaging for the product(s). Do not throw the packaging away. The freight company may want to inspect it.
