Free shipping across the lower 48 states in the USA.
Cal Flame islands, entertainment units, fire pits and fireplaces generally take 3-5 weeks for delivery. The grills, fridges, other parts take between 8-10 business days to deliver if they are in stock. Shipping times may vary depending on location.
Cal Flame products are delivered to your door and will not be installed. Extraordinary deliveries may require additional carrier charges.
If your product was received damaged you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your package. Freight damage must be documented with photographs.
Returns
All returns MUST be accompanied by an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted. Please send us an email at info@thrillseekergear.com and tell us what you are returning, the order number it was purchased on and the reason for return. An RMA number will be issued to you via email within 48 hours once approved.

- No product return will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
- Merchandise must be in original, salable packaged condition without cosmetic or other damage.
- Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
- Customer is responsible for return freight charges.

- Orders receiving the free freight offer will have the freight deducted from the original purchase price.
