• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing Time

• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Processing times may vary during holiday seasons or periods of high demand.

Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Once processed, orders typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Damages and Losses

• Inspecting Your Order: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the carrier immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Reporting Damages: Any damages should be reported to the carrier and us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographic evidence of the damage.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled without any charge before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to cancel your order.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Address Changes

• Changes Before Shipping: If you need to change the shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
• Changes After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been shipped. In such cases, we suggest contacting the carrier to see if an address change is possible. Fees may apply for re-routing.

Tracking Your Order

• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be fair and transparent, recognizing the need to balance customer satisfaction with our operational capabilities. Please review the following terms regarding returns:

• Case-by-Case Evaluation: All return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that each situation is unique and are committed to working with our customers to find the best possible solution.
• Buyer’s Remorse: Please note that we do not accept returns based on buyer's remorse. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
• Damages or Defects: If your item arrives damaged or defective due to carrier handling or a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately. Provide us with details of the issue, along with any relevant photos or documentation. We will guide you through the next steps, which may include a return, exchange, or other remedies as appropriate.
• Return Request Period: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accessories. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests. This can be in the form of an order confirmation or a payment receipt.
• Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply of up to 25%. This fee will be communicated upfront during the return process.
• Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

All products and packaging MUST be inspected at the time of delivery and discrepancies must be reported on the delivery ticket.

FAILURE TO REPORT or NOTE issues will result in a DENIED return authorization and any CREDIT will be refused.

All products must be returned and inspected before a Credit Memo is issued.

Pay particularly close attention to order details at the time of delivery to ensure an accurate shipment. Follow instructions and warnings on packaging. Pay attention to the label on the box before opening ensuring it matches the vehicle you are fitting.

Poorly repackaged products are highly likely to be damaged during the return and thus credit denied.

Customers are reminded to unpack, dry fit, and examine all parts before installation.

We reserve the right to refuse credit per, but not limited to, the following conditions:

• The item is returned for a non-warrantable reason.
• The item is not as described on the RMA.
• The manufacturer requires that you deal directly with them regarding defective items.
• The manufacturer's warranty policy takes precedence in the issuing of credits. Credit then will be issued upon the manufacturer’s approval and will include applicable return shipping charges. No credit will be issued for labor expenses incurred. Other manufacturer-related fees may apply.
• Returns were sent back for missing a secondary component or install kit.

Warranty

All Cauldrons are unconditionally warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

Replacement parts are seldom requested but are of course available. Most replacements come from parts being lost or destroyed (e.g. running over a grill). If you are using a Cauldron so much that you wear something out (and it won’t be the basin, we can assure you) know that we are here to take care of you.

Customers are responsible for any shipping-related costs.
