What are the benefits of gear drive over the standard hub?
Our gear drive is more suitable for off-roading, with higher efficiency, stronger torque, sealed housing that keeps out sand and gravel, no belt to break, and is overall more reliable. It is very, very low maintenance – just change the lube once every 1300 miles or 2000 km.
Are the boards waterproof?
The water resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is resistant to splashes and dust under normal conditions, but if you ride in a puddle or where the water level is high, or even immerse your skateboard in water, the water is likely to enter the electrical parts and damage the part.
Please do not ride in the rain or any wet ground with water, this will cause a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.

Before using AUXPack
- Before connecting the AUXPack for the first time, replace the board's battery cover with a compatible version, and ensure the board's firmware is up to date. Without completing either step, the AUXPack will not function with your board.
- When the AUXPack connects to the Atlas Pro for the first time, the smart BMS in the AUXPack will update the firmware of the smart BMS in the Atlas Pro, and then automatically set the correct parameters based on the status of the two batteries. The whole process takes about 10 minutes and should not be interrupted.
- Exercise caution when disconnecting the AUXPack from the deck covered with grip tape.
- Replace the AUXPack connector before use upon any sign of damage.
- To prevent liquid ingress, keep all port covers firmly plugged in when not in use. 6. Replace the ratcheting strap before use upon any sign of serious wear or damage.
Deck Cover
- Ensure the BMS firmware is up to date before use. Incompatible firmware may disable certain functionality.
- In the event the AUXPack stops functioning, check and update the firmware to the latest version.
- An AUXPack-compatible deck cover is required for mounting and connection. Make sure the connector between the board and AUXPack is firmly connected before use.
- When replacing the deck cover, make sure the waterproof gasket is seated correctly to prevent ingress issues.

Returns
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within seven calendar days of receiving your product(s) via info@thrillseekergear.com to apply for a return and refund.

1. The product has not been opened within seven calendar days after receiving the product, and it is brand new and unused.
2. If the product is found to have manufacturing defects within 15 calendar days after receiving the product, you can apply for a return and refund service; it is not within the scope of the return and refund service due to use on the ground or other circumstances that affect secondary sales.
3. If the customer's reasons cause the return, Exway will charge a 5% order operation fee and deduct the original order's shipping cost.
For the refund to be processed promptly, please be sure to send a return notification to ThrillSeeker Gear with the following information:

- Return Reason
- Images or Videos of Products and Intact Packaging
We will process your return and refund application within 3-5 business days after receiving your email.
Returns/refunds will not be applicable for the following reasons:
- It is requested beyond 15 calendar days of receiving a product.
- A product sent to Exway for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments, free products, packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e., with cracks, dents, or scratches.
- Legal proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc., show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to Exway within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Exway.
- Other circumstances may not be stated in this policy upon Exway's reasonable discretion.
Refunds will be processed using the same method used to make the payment. Depending on the bank or credit card issuer, the bank or credit card issuer will complete the refund process in about 7-14 business days.
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.

Exway shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

The customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage. Replacement parts are available for sale after the warranty period is over.
Decks, chargers, trucks, remotes, batteries, ESC, and motors have a 6-month warranty (when the customer buys the parts separately) from the date the package is delivered to the customer.
Other product accessories do not have a warranty period.
