Returns & Warranty

Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require an RMA number. Please contact us at info@thrillseekergear.com to obtain an RMA before sending back any items.

Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, and a resalable condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Special Order items, as well as opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography products, are not returnable unless they are defective.

Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer will handle the return process.
