The ACS FORGED is the Next-generation Active Cargo System from Leitner Designs. The ACS FORGED features extreme load carrying capability thanks to its single piece uprights forged from a billet of 6061 T-6 aluminum and custom 10.9 Alloy steel fasteners.

Shipping

We engineered the ACS from the start to make it as easy as possible to ship and install! All our products ship UPS Ground. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska or overseas, please contact us for freight shipping costs.

We generally ship within 1-2 weeks from order date. Shipping time depends on your distance from our manufacturing plant in southern California.

Most of our packages are packaged and shipped individually. You will receive one MASTER tracking number, and you can find other packages in the shipment on UPS.com/tracking.

Returns

Thank you for inquiring about our return policy. We are sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original parts included.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@thrillseekergear.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and RMA number and Proof of Purchase, we will then provide you the address to mail the product(s) to.

**Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.**

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receival of your item to process your return. Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your credit/debit card statement, depending on your purchase method. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Warranty

Leitner Designs warrants product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for terms specified below, provided there has been normal use and proper maintenance. All remedies under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of any item found by the factory to be defective within the time period specified. If you have a warranty claim, first you must call our factory at the number below for instructions. You must retain proof of purchase and submit a copy with any items returned for warranty work. Upon completion of warranty work, if any, we will return the repaired or replaced item(s) to you freight prepaid by you. Damage to our products caused by accidents, fire, vandalism, negligence, mis-installation, misuse, Acts of God, or by defective parts not manufactured by us, is not covered under this warranty.

THE WARRANTY TIME PERIOD IS AS FOLLOWS: (2) TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. High-speed off-road driving even with a light load can cause damage to the rack, accessories and vehicle body. Damage caused by high-speed off-road driving and abuse is not covered under warranty.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE CREATED HEREBY ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE SAME DURATION AND SCOPE AS THE EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY. OUR COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
