Returns are accepted for new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, email info@thrillseekergear.com. For damaged items, include pictures and note whether the damage was observed upon delivery. The manufacturer covers return shipping costs for damage or manufacturer errors. If returning for other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee. We recommend insuring the shipment using the same method it was shipped (Ground or LTL).
