Inspecting Your Shipment: We strongly advise all customers to inspect their shipment for any damage before accepting delivery from the carrier. If you notice any damage, please refuse the shipment and contact our customer service immediately to report the issue.
Returns & Warranty
Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require an RMA number. Please contact us at info@thrillseekergear.com to obtain an RMA before sending back any items.
Condition of Returned Products: Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging, and a resalable condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items: Special Order items, as well as opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography products, are not returnable unless they are defective.
Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.
