Foam Spas – Free 5-7 business days delivery with UPS ground from our US Warehouse. For 6-person spas, allow 5-10 business days to arrive

Inflatable Spas – Free 3-5 business days delivery

Additional shipment charges of $1800 will be applied for all orders to Alaska

Returns

Want to return your Wave order? Please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days before returning any orders as unapproved returns will be rejected. 

We're happy to accept returns if the item is faulty in any way. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Cancellations

At Wave, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the cancellation of your order. However, once your order has been placed, cancellation is not possible: all orders are processed swiftly through the Wave network to ensure customers receive their deliveries as quickly as possible. 

If you choose to refuse delivery of your hot tub after it has been dispatched by our courier, please be aware that all additional delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.

For order cancellations or any questions regarding our delivery and cancellation policies, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Change of Mind

Wave Customer Service can only accept the return of unwanted items within a certain time frame in the exact condition received, including the original packaging. Items will be assessed before your return is authorized, and one of our friendly agents will guide you through the return process.

We do not cover courier costs of unwanted items. Please always double-check the product description before you place your order.

Faulty

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

If you bring our attention to a fault outside of the 30 days, you are eligible for a replacement – the warranty period for our hot tubs is as follows: 12 months for the heater unit/pump and 6 months for the spa liner.

Damage

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify support@thrillseekergear.com within 30 working days of receipt.

Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of spas or spa accessories if you have opened the seal (except items that are faulty on arrival).

Warranty

Please get in touch with the customer services team at info@thrillseekergear.com with the following information:

• Proof of purchase with the purchase date visible. If ordered online, proof of delivery shows the delivery date clearly.
• Full name
• Address
• Contact Number
• Type of hot tub

Once the customer service team has all this information we register your details on the system and provide you with a unique customer ID.

How long is the warranty?

Warranty Coverage:

Control Unit: Enjoy peace of mind with a 12-month warranty on the control unit. In the unlikely event of any issues, we'll be there to assist you with troubleshooting and repairs, making sure you get back to relaxing in no time.

Liner: Your Wave Spa’s liner are protected by a 6-month warranty. If you encounter any manufacturing-related punctures, we'll promptly replace the affected components, allowing you to continue your hot tub adventures without interruption.

Terms and Conditions:

To ensure warranty coverage, it's essential to use your Wave Spa following the provided instructions diligently.

In the rare case that you need to return your Wave Spa for warranty purposes, please make sure it is returned to us in a clean and dry condition, as hygiene is of utmost importance to us.

All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing upon receipt of the spa. Rest assured, we'll work diligently to address any valid concerns promptly.

Should you experience any issues with the control unit within the first 12 months of ownership, it will be covered under warranty, provided the spa was used correctly.

Wave Spas offers a 3-month warranty on inflatable accessories, which includes inflatable covers and inflatable headrests.

Claiming under warranty?

Warranties are paused when customer service is notified of a fault and reactivated the day the issue is resolved.

Once a warranty claim has been opened and the customer doesn’t respond to emails regarding a resolution within 2 weeks, that claim will be closed and the warranty reactivated.

Hot tubs purchased second-hand will not be covered under warranty.

Warranties are not restarted when a replacement item has been sent out to the customer, the warranty is only reactivated.

Warranties only cover manufacturing faults, any wear and tear or damage caused by mistake will not be covered.

Once a customer has reported a fault to customer services, the customer will be taken through simple troubleshooting steps to locate the source of the fault. Warranty claims have to be accompanied by visual evidence in the form of photos/videos showing the fault clearly. No warranty replacement claims will be processed without visual evidence of fault.
