The Amerec Designer B Series sauna heater utilizes an entry-level, built-in, dial time and temperature control to monitor your bathing environment. Mounted on the front or the side of the heater, the controls allow the user to adjust both bathing time (1-60 minutes) and temperature, and includes a time delay option of up to 9 hours.
Solidly constructed of a stainless steel body and stainless steel heating elements, this heater can remain looking as clean and new as the day it was first installed. All Amerec Sauna Heaters are UL listed and feature an exceptionally large rock capacity for direct contact with the heating elements. This direct contact ensures a soft, rich heat and a very pleasant steam.

We have developed enhanced packaging solutions to mitigate damage in transit. If a product appears to be damaged upon arrival, you should refuse receipt, or sign “Subject to concealed damage”.
Returns
The manufacturer only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact info@thrillseekergear.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. The manufacturer covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a manufacturer error.
If you simply want to return the product, a restocking fee and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that items are shipped back are insured using the same method it was shipped out - Ground or LTL. Once the product comes back to the manufacturer, it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less restocking fees + shipping fees. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper.
