Broilmaster ships within the United States (except for Hawaii and Alaska). Inclement weather is an exception that could potentially impact shipping expected delivery dates. All orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
In-stock orders require a processing time of 2-3 business days.

Returns
You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original date of shipment. All merchandise must be unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging. No returns accepted on special orders or discontinued products.
An authorized RMA is required before returning the product back to us. Contact us at info@thrillseekergear.com for more information on RMA authorization and approval.
All returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. If the product is returned with any of the following, no refund will be honored and the item will be shipped back to you:
- Missing
- Damaged
- Dirty
- Bent
- Non-working parts
- Item appears to have been installed
A credit for the price of the merchandise will be applied within 10-15 business days after receiving the returned product.

- A bill of sale, cancelled check, or payment record should be kept to verify purchase date and establish warranty period.
