The Empava PG03 outdoor pizza oven uses charcoal, wood chips, pellets, or LPG/propane to make an authentic and delicious pizza. This LPG/propane pizza oven can preheat to a max 750°F in just 5-10 minutes, which is the secret of making a crisp, leopard-spotted exterior and poofy, moist, and stretchy interior pizza.

Order Confirmation

The customer must provide a valid e-mail address during the checkout process. All orders are subject to verification and approval. All approved orders will be accompanied by an e-mail confirmation from our secure payment server. All shipped orders will be followed by an e-mail confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

Payment Methods

All major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Google Pay, PayPal etc. We do not accept COD orders.

Credit Card Orders: Shipping address must be on file and confirmed by the credit card issuer, except for American Express orders, which must be shipped to the billing address only.

Shipping Method

（1）Standard / small orders ship out via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

（2）For large items (i.e. bathtubs), multiple items or large orders, we use LTL freight.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping: 5-7 business days. LTL shipping: 10-14 business days.

Standard Shipping

The manufacturer partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

Freight (LTL) Delivery

Freight delivery is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items, as well as large-quantity shipments. Products are loaded onto a semi-truck and delivered curbside; you will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to the desired location. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables.

Types of LTL receipt instructions are listed below

In Person Freight Receipt: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. If you are not available to receive a scheduled delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee on your original payment method. (Video Instructions)

Contactless Delivery Acceptance: You will be provided a shipping date and tracking for the order, and being home for receipt is optional. If not home at time of delivery, the carrier will document the condition of the package and location it is placed with photos.

In Home Delivery: Products are shipped on a semi-truck and delivered to an agreed upon location inside your home. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method. 

Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day, and vary by carrier.

Please be aware of the product's expected shipment time. This is when the item is expected to leave the warehouse, and will be listed on the product information page.

Returns

You are entitled to contact our customer service team to ask for a return for an item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund (we will refer to the item delivery date on the shipping info). Please note that returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. We promise to respond to your return request within 2 business days.

GENERAL RETURN

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

• Must be in resalable condition
• Must be free from scratches and/or defects
• Must not have been installed
• Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging and be free of writing.
• Must not be missing pieces

DEFECTIVE RETURN

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

• Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
• The wrong item was received
• The item does not match the description
• Item arrived damaged

To initiate a defective return, please address which situation the item belongs to.

*If the item is found to be damaged during shipping, and you notice the damage upon delivery or inspection, do not sign for or take possession of the item. If delivery is accepted but concealed damages are noticed within 48 hours, take pictures of the box and product(s). Carriers only allow two business days to file a freight claim. Contact our customer service team immediately to report the damage.

REFUND PROCESS

We promise to process the refund within 2 days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse and was inspected to qualify for our general return or defective return situations listed before. You are expected to receive the refund 5-7 business days after we process it.

For a general return, we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of return shipping costs and the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, we will bear the return shipping cost and a full refund will be sent back to your account.

Warranty

Warranty timeframes and details differ based on the product category.

This guarantee is valid in the United States. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser, not to subsequent owners of this product; any applicable implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability, are limited in duration to the express warranty period set forth herein, which begins on the date of original retail purchase; and no other warranties, express or implied, shall apply to this product.

When Will This Warranty Be Voided?

Product damaged through negligence, improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, or insufficient or excessive electrical supply. Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions or any unauthorized disassembly repair, modifications, or failure to follow the installation instructions or when product is used commercially or other than its intended purpose or damaged because of improper connection with equipment of other manufacturers. Repaired or modified by anyone other than authorized agents This limited warranty does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated, or removed, has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as second-hand or resold contrary to the US regulations.

What Are Non-Warrantable Items?

They include, but are not limited to

• Light bulbs, metal, and charcoal filters are all consumable parts.
• Improper maintenance, as well as the use of corrosive and abrasive cleaning chemicals, pads, and cleaning agents, causes natural finish and wear.
• Abuse, overuse, freight damage (not recorded), or faulty installation might result in chips, dents, or cracks.
• Modifications made to the device by the buyer or installation.
• Bends and warping are brought on by shoddy installation, excessively tight fittings, or insufficient support.
• Any loss of properties, or any cost associated with removing, servicing, installing, or determining the source of problems with our products, we are not liable for and are not covered by warranty.
