How frequently can HealthLight therapy pads be used?
You can use the our LED devices up to three (3) times per day in the same area. Additional usage may not provide additional benefit. Research has shown you should allow a few hours between treatments if you are treating the same location.
Can I be harmed by using HealthLight Infrared Light therapy systems?

We sometimes hear from individuals who are disappointed with their results. Most of the time, if they ensure they are strapping the pads directly on the skin and positioned as directed, using the pads 3x daily and keeping the pad applied for the full 20 minute session, results will dramatically improve.
