Please note that after an order is placed, it does take up to 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order. During the process, a label is created but the estimated delivery date does not get updated until FedEx actually picks up the package from our warehouse distribution center. Transit time via FedEx Ground may vary and may take up to 5 business days for delivery.

Due to the size of our products, items will be shipped in separate boxes with different tracking numbers and may arrive on different delivery dates. The FedEx tracking number provided via email confirmation will contain the master package, please check the FedEx website for any additional information.

Returns & Cancelations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you are dissatisfied with the product.

You may request for a return for a refund via email at info@thrillseekergear.com within the 30-day return period and the unit must be in its original condition.

A prepaid return label will be issued via email in the next 24 hours.

All existing labels and stickers must be removed on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label before drop off at a FedEx location.

As soon as the returned package is received back at our warehouse in CA, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method in 2-4 business days.

You can cancel or change your order while it’s still in processing status. Once the status has changed to fulfilled or shipped, the order can not be canceled nor changed.

Your unit should be in its original condition with the included chargers and must be packaged inside an outer unmarked shipping box. Please remove ALL of the original labels/stickers on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label then drop it off at any FedEx location. If you do not have the original shipping box, any generic box will work just as well.

Jackery is not liable if your package is damaged or lost due to mislabeling or improper packaging before it is dropped off at the FedEx facility.

Warranty

The warranty period for Jackery power products is 24 months. (Please note our Explorer Pro series power stations and the SolarSaga 200W & SolarSaga 80W come with a three years warranty). In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.

Return and refund are restricted to orders under 30-day from the date of purchase. Replacement process is for orders under the 2 or 3 year warranty.

All orders for return, refund and/or replacement, must have the following:

• Retailer
• Order number
• Product serial number
  *The serial number can be found on the back panel of thepower station on the top right corner or on the bottom of thepower station.
  *The serial number for the solar panels can be found on the opposite side of the USB ports or on the orange handle bar at the bottom right below the spec.
• Full name, shipping address, phone number and email
  *Shipping address must be a physical address, no PO Boxes and we cannot ship outside of the USA or to the islands.

Jackery's warranty does not apply to:

• Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Jackery's current product literature.
• Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility. Any product purchased through a third-party seller, including eBay.
• Jackery's warranty does not apply to the battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every 6 months thereafter.
