A prepaid return label will be issued via email in the next 24 hours.
All existing labels and stickers must be removed on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label before drop off at a FedEx location.
As soon as the returned package is received back at our warehouse in CA, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method in 2-4 business days.
You can cancel or change your order while it’s still in processing status. Once the status has changed to fulfilled or shipped, the order can not be canceled nor changed.
Your unit should be in its original condition with the included chargers and must be packaged inside an outer unmarked shipping box. Please remove ALL of the original labels/stickers on the outside of the box before printing/attaching the return label then drop it off at any FedEx location. If you do not have the original shipping box, any generic box will work just as well.
Jackery is not liable if your package is damaged or lost due to mislabeling or improper packaging before it is dropped off at the FedEx facility.
Warranty
The warranty period for Jackery power products is 24 months. (Please note our Explorer Pro series power stations and the SolarSaga 200W & SolarSaga 80W come with a three years warranty). In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Return and refund are restricted to orders under 30-day from the date of purchase. Replacement process is for orders under the 2 or 3 year warranty.
All orders for return, refund and/or replacement, must have the following:
- Retailer
- Order number
- Product serial number
*The serial number can be found on the back panel of thepower station on the top right corner or on the bottom of thepower station.
