For UPS, we offer UPS GROUND, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air both include Saturday delivery (if applicable for your area).
For USPS we only use USPS Priority.
Any orders that are going to a PO Box address but select UPS will be defaulted to USPS Priority.

We ship orders Mon-Fri (excluding all major US Holidays) from our Longmont, Colorado HQ.
- Orders received before Noon MST: Receive same day shipping.
- Orders received after Noon MST, on a weekend or a major US Holiday will ship the next business day.

Orders over $500 placed in the US or Canada receive Free Ground/Standard shipping services.

Any order containing a boat and/or in-stock accessories plus an out-of-stock product will be delayed until the in-stock item is available unless the customer places two separate orders.

HOW LONG DOES THIS COVERAGE LASTThe Kokopelli limited warranty as outlined above covers the original owner for a period of lifetime ownership from original date of purchase*. This warranty is non-transferrable and requires proof of purchase from Kokopelli.com.
*EXCLUDED FROM THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERAGE IS THE TIZIP STORAGE ZIPPER, WHICH IS COVERED BY A 1-YEAR NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY PERIOD FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE (PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED).
WHO IS COVERED

WHAT KOKOPELLI OUTDOOR, INC. WILL DOKokopelli Outdoor, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following three remedies to whatever extent it shall deem necessary to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty:
- Elect to repair or facilitate the repair of any defective parts within a reasonable period of time, free of any charge for the necessary materials and labor to complete the repair and restore the product to its proper operating condition.
