Shipping
After purchase, there is a 3-5 week lead time for your ice bath to ship.
Your Forge will be delivered via freight carrier. A dispatch coordinator will contact you to set a window of time for your delivery. They will use a liftgate to drop it off in your driveway. We recommend having a couple of sets of hands nearby to help you move it to your desired location. Once you unwrap it, all you have to do is fill it up, plug it in, and turn it on! Make sure to leave about 6-8 inches of room from the top so you don't overfill it when getting in.
Please ensure to report any damages within 24 hours.
Warranty & Returns
Your Morozko Ice Bath is protected by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and malfunction. If not ecstatic with your purchase within 30 days of taking delivery, you may return your Forge for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping.
