Supporting this arrangement are our airless wheels, measuring 165mm (6.5 inches) and 195mm (7.5 inches), which offer both comfort and reduced maintenance compared to conventional pneumatic wheels. Proper battery maintenance is crucial for the longevity of our electric skateboard. If you do not plan to use the skateboard for an extended period, please make sure to charge the battery fully before storing it. In addition, we recommend charging the battery at least once a month to prevent the battery from becoming fully discharged.
Please note that lithium-ion batteries can become damaged if left discharged for an extended period of time. If this occurs, the battery may no longer be able to charge and will require replacement.
Raldey Boards are very powerful. However, before using our electric skateboard, please read and understand the following important safety instructions and precautions.
- Always wear appropriate safety gear such as helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards when riding our electric skateboard.
- Do not operate the electric skateboard in wet or icy conditions.
- Do not ride the electric skateboard on roads with heavy traffic or crowded sidewalks.
- Do not exceed the maximum speed limit of the electric skateboard as stated in the user manual.
- Do not use the electric skateboard if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Only use the charger provided by our company to charge the electric skateboard battery.
- Do not attempt to repair or modify the electric skateboard or its components yourself.
- Always turn off the electric skateboard when not in use and store it in a safe place.
- Children under 14 years old should only use the electric skateboard with adult supervision.
By using our electric skateboard, you agree to assume all risks and liabilities associated with its use. Our company will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using our product.
Shipping
Packages are shipped from our C.A. warehouse by UPS.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 days
Shipping information will be updated after dispatch. An additional charge will be applied for remote area.
Once the board has left the warehouse, refunds are not possible.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt. The electric skateboard must be unused and in new condition with all accessories in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our closest facility advised by our service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Warranty
Raldey Boards aims to produce the highest-cost performance off-road electric skateboard. We promise:
- 180-day parts & labor warranty against manufacturer defects
- 90-day battery warranty. (In a normal ride, if there is a problem, you need to provide the necessary test report)
Note:
- Explanation of 180 days warranty and guarantee repairs:
- (1) Guarantee repair refers to the loss of customer's products due to quality problems during the 180 days warranty period, we provide free replacement parts service. If the customer does not install and replace it, the customer needs to mail the product to our after-sales service point for repair and replacement service.
- (2) Warranty refers to that during the 180 days warranty period, the customer's parts are damaged due to abnormal use, such as break, crash, water immersion, etc. We will provide the customer with a replacement price at a cost price. The customer will bear the shipping cost of the parts.
- During the warranty period, all parts and replacement parts are sold at retail price. If the parts are damaged due to quality problems, we will replace and repair them for free.
- During the warranty period, parts damaged due to abnormal use must be purchased at the customer's cost price and bear the increased freight.
