Returns
You can return any SunRay Saunas item within 30 days from the shipping date when it leaves the warehouse if the item is brand new and uninstalled. The item should be in its new and original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the time the return is received at the warehouse. Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to the warehouse, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 25%.
The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%.
Defective Products Policy

No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.
Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product. Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty. No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7-Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.

They do not come pre-assembled, but they come with easy instructions for assembly. On average you should expect 2-4 hours to assemble the sauna from unpacking it to turning it on.

The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
