All items ship from the warehouse in Bloomington MN within 1-3 business days. Standard transit time is 3-10 business days. Inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, etc. can cause shipping delays to take longer than expected sometimes. We are not responsible for late or lost shipments due to the trucking company's negligence. Lost deliveries will be replaced by VBX Wellness. Our fulfillment team will book your shipment within 1-3 business days once payment is made and we have your contact information (phone number, email). We always take the necessary steps to package your order properly prior to the item being shipped. Please allow 2-10 working days for transit time once the item has left our facility. Our delivery is a curbside, front door, and first-floor delivery service only.

Should any defect occur during the specified time period, the manufacturer will repair the defective product, or provide replacement parts and components material, at its own option. The manufacturer also reserves the right to issue a full refund of the purchase price in lieu of repair or replacement. This warranty is not transferable. This warranty replaces all other oral or written warranties, liabilities, or obligations of the manufacturer.
