After receiving an order, I realized one of the components was not the exact model that I had been seeking. I went through a process of return and replacement. Customer service was amazing. In this regard James the customer service agent I was working with, kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process, he was proactive in his status updates and the whole process ran smoothly and efficiently. It’s not often in today’s world that you receive great customer service. This was one of those examples and it stood out. Thank you.

When the shipping for my rooftop tent was delayed, I reached out to customer service for updates and to see what could be done. James was extremely efficient and helpful in his replies, and was very on top of keeping me in the loop for any new updates on my shipment. Even though my TentBox took a while to arrive, it was not the fault of Thrillseeker Gear at all, and I’m not sure what could have happened to my rooftop tent if I had bought my TentBox from a different company. Based on customer service alone I would purchase outdoor gear from Thrillseeker Gear again. I’m very happy to write that I received my TentBox safely this morning and cannot wait for future adventures down the road!

Ran into a delivery issue due to my limited availability to receive our new grill onsite, and James worked tirelessly to find alternative shipping companies who would work with my constraints. Ultimately we went through three different logistics providers before landing on one that could work. James offered multiple solutions, including coverage of temporary warehousing via a local to me third-party provider while we sorted out the last mile. This company went above and beyond, and I intend to purchase from them again.

My experience with the purchase of my Tentbox Lite 2.0 roof top tent through Thrillseeker Gear was exceptional. James is outstanding at his job! There were things that happened that were outside of our control as far as delivery goes; a couple delays both before and after it got to the US. James was with me every step. After finding out about delays through emails from different companies along the way, James would respond to every text I sent in a timely manner; with professionalism.

I'm living post traumatic brain injury, so my nerves are on a hair trigger. James was very understanding of every concern I had along the way and settled my nerves anytime I had questions.

I definitely feel like I made the right choice to purchase though Thrillseeker Gear.

The product I received was well worth the wait. It is very well built. Quality product that is definitely worth the money!

Great product, but information on the ThrillSeeker website was confusing and resulted in an order that was deficient -- lacking a stand/cart and shelves. The reason I'm giving a perfect rating is that James at ThrillSeeker efficiently and judiciously corrected the confusion by recognizing the issue, apologizing for the confusion, quickly sending the extra hardware at no cost to me, following through to correct the confusing information on the website so that other customers don't run into the same issue, and even sending me a cover for the Kamado as a token of good will. Well done, James and ThrillSeeker! Your customer service is top! As for the Kamado, it is a seriously impressive and versatile oven/grill/smoker, very responsive, and we're having a tasteful and ceremonious time learning to use it one great dish at a time.

If you are concerned with the quality or size of this tent dont be, it states 3 person, 3 small people yes, 2 adults and a smaller child sure, but it will fit 2 full size adults comfortably. The quality is very good! Matter of fact its far better then I expected. I did have on small concern after deliverry and when I contacted the seller they responded quickly and resolved my concern quickly as well. I would buy this tent again and would buy from this seller again.

We are really happy with this outdoor fire pit because of it's large size and look. Delivery was great and it looks exactly like what is shown. I like that it came with a concrete repair kit and carrying straps so you can move it around as needed. Just be aware that it doesn't give off a lot of heat since it's gas-powered and the flames can only go so high. It's great at warming your toes, but if you're looking to keep a crowd warm, your best bet is to go with a wood-fueled fire pit.

Works well, quality product bit overpriced.

I've been an REI member for 42 years, and my experience with Thrillseeker Gear reminded me of REI in the old days, which was a great experience. Nowadays, not so great, but Thrillseeker Gear via James was fantastic. When we had to return the tent, they were equally helpful, making sure each step was taken care of. Thank you.

So far, dislike nothing. Like the look and quality.

I’m not a seasoned smoker yet, but so far, I actually love it! Made the absolute juiciest and best tasting burgers. There was about 12 of us and everybody kept raving how delicious they were. They were so perfectly cooked throughout. I have purchased some of the accessories, and I definitely plan to become more comfortable with using it. But so far it doesn’t seem too difficult to use and cook with.

This is a high quality tent. I was impressed when I opened the box and pitched the tent. The canvas is thick, all the seams are solid, the floor mat is robust, and overall the structure of the tent is very sturdy, and It was easy to setup.

I bought this after carefully searching and reading reviews of many off road boards. I wanted this to keep up with my dog on the back trails behind my house. To get to trails I have to go through the woods on a rough path with many tree roots. This skateboard is actually amazing. Zips right through the woods and into the soft dirt trails. I mean, this thing FLYS on rocky rugged dirt and soft unpacked dirt. I'm not small either, I weigh about 175 and it makes no difference. Keeps up with my dog great.I am having a little difficulty with the steering and I am experimenting now with loosening and tightening the trucks to find what works for me. It's going to take me a lot of practice to be able to go at top speed for extended stints, but it will happen. I highly recommend this board, worth every penny
